EditShare Connect will not open

I Click on the EditShare icon in the dock and it just bounces and does nothing.

This usually indicates that the EditShare application is already open. Click on the icon not in the dock but in the Menu bar at the top right of the computer screen.

If this does not open the EditShare you may need to log-out and restart the computer.
