Two options for adding Class Team members to the Celtx Studio Account.
Method 1:
Step-1. Log into D2l
Step-2. Open the class for which you desire to have EditShare partitions created.
Step-3. Select the “Grades” link in the course Menu.
Step-4. Select the “Enter Grades” link in the Grades Page, it may already be selected.
Step-5. Once in the Edit Grades area Select the “Export” Button
Step-6. Select the radio buttons: Username, Last Name, First Name, Email.
Deselect any of the grade items.
Step-7. Click the “Export to Excel” button at the bottom of the page.
The Export Grades popup will open. Click on the link to download the excel file to an easily accessible place on your desktop.
Step-8. Once the file has downloaded attach it to an email. Click the appropriate link below that contains your ETSU username and attach the downloaded excel document. Also include the information from step 9.
Note: Using the email address above will send your information directly to our new trouble ticket system.
Step-9. In the subject of the email please put the Course number and Course Name.
Step-10. Press send (This ends method 1)
Method 2:
Step-1. Add whitakerd and santiago as teaching assistants to your class in D2l.
Step-2. Click the appropriate link below that contains your ETSU username and include the information from step 4.
Note: Using the email address above will send your information directly to our new trouble ticket system.
Step-4. In the subject of the email please put the Course number and Course Name and the words "D2L Access".
Step-5. Press send. (This ends method 2.)
