Changing Your EditShare Connect Password

Because we are using Active Directory authentication, you cannot change your password through the EditShare connect application. To reset your etsu password go to https://etsupws.etsu.edu/AccountActivation/AccountActivation.aspx and follow the instructions for resetting your ETSU password.

In most cases password login issues are caused by using capital letters in the username field. Always use lowercase letters in the username field. In the password field use capital and lowercase letters just as you would use to login to D2L.
