Resetting Your Login Count

If you try to log into EditShare Connect while you are already logged into any other workstations, EditShare Connect will warn you before you log in.


If you see this message it means that your account is active on more than one workstation, EditShare strongly recommends that you click Cancel and log in as a different user. If you see this message because your workstation crashed, and you are absolutely certain that no other workstations are logged in as this user, you can click “Clear count and Log in” to reset this count, prevent this message from appearing again, and continue to log into EditShare Connect.
