Intercom Assignment Panel Settings

This assignment panel is used to route intercom station connection to needed locations. By placing the individual intercom on the same channel to form a group.

Abbreviation Key:

TD: Technical Director, This is the Intercom station located at the Kayak switcher panel on the front row of desks within the Production Control Room.

Clips: This intercom station is located on the back row in the production control room. This intercom station is for the K2 server Operator.

ACR: Audio Control Room 1, this intercom station is a 4 channel station. Chanel 1 and 2  of this station are hardwired to the Camera Operator Party line. Channel 3 and channel 4 of this station are routable via the assignment panel.

PCR Audio: This intercom station is located on the second row of desks in the production control room at the audio mixer location.

102/EiC: CER Rack 102 and Engineer In Charge office intercom stations. Both of these stations are only two channel stations and the Assignment panel controls both channels one and two.

Camera CTRL: This intercom station is located at the camera shader position on the front row of desks in the production control room.

IFB: Internal Fold Back, this assignment panel selection determines which stations will be heard through the talent IFB connections located in the studio. Talent will hear what intercoms are connected to the groups

Wireless: The Wireless intercom belt packs.

Producer: This is a belt-pack located on the last row of the Desks in the production control room closest to the wall. This belt-pack has channel one associated with a private connection to the Technical Director station and channel two is a private connection to the IFB connections in the studio.

ED00/EDLAB: This assignment panel selection control channels one and two the intercom stations located in the 103 Edit Lab and also the 115 EditSuite.

DIR: Director, the intercom user station located on the Front row of the Production Control Room. This intercom station has a handheld microphone and a loudspeaker.

CG: Character Generator, the intercom user station located at the character generator operator location on the second row of the Production Control Room. This intercom station has a handheld microphone and a loudspeaker.
